Our verdict
Status
There is currently no evidence of progress on this specific ambition. The National Transition Training Fund was originally launched before the election, in autumn 2020. Two phases of funding have been released, the second of these in June 2021. This phase supported 25 projects aimed at assisting skills development, but the announcement did not contain any suggestion that support had been given to initiatives specifically targeting these groups.
