SNP Manifesto 2021, p.128We will publish a document, called ‘Scotland’s contribution to the Paris Agreement – an indicative NDC’, which will centre on Scotland’s world-leading target to reduce emissions by 75% by 2030.
Our verdict
Status
This promise has been fulfilled. The Scottish Government published this document in July 2021, more than three months before the COP26 conference.
