Status
This pledge is in progress. As part of the Scottish Government’s “Race equality: immediate priorities plan”, published in September 2021, the administration committed to improved collection and use of data by public bodies in a number of areas.

Other pledges
The SNP also promised to continue support for the John Smith Centre’s Minority Ethnic Leadership and Development Programme and consult ethnic minority stakeholders around the plans for its wider racial equality action plan.
