Double the amount of land used for organic farming

Status

This promise is in progress. In October 2021, the Scottish Government announced that it was reopening the Agri-Environment Climate Scheme (AECS) to “support the ambition of doubling the amount of land under organic management”. The administration committed to offer further rounds of the scheme until 2024.
