Our verdict
Status
The Expo Fund was launched to support Edinburgh Festivals and related organisations and individuals in 2007. The Scottish Government indicated that it will continue the fund in June 2021 as part of a separate announcement on additional funding for festival venues to aid pandemic recovery. This pledge is therefore in progress and will be considered achieved as and when the money has been distributed.
