Status
This promise has been achieved. The Scottish Government introduced the Good Food Nation Bill in October 2021. It is currently at Stage 1. The introduction of the bill meets the terms of this particular manifesto pledge, though the specific provisions promised as part of the bill will not be considered fulfilled until it has passed into law.
